2. We send an onboarding email you using the email you signed up with:

and what isn’t. I appreciate you putting your trust in me. I don’t take that lightly … and I’ll do anything I can to make sure you’re happy
with everything you get from us.

The next step is to fill out the onboarding document at the link below. We can’t get your order started until this is filled in.

This document will give us all the information needed to set up your account and campaigns.
The setup phase takes approximately 5 business days after this form is completed.

HOW IT WORKS:

Complete the onboarding document as soon as possible.
Our team will upload data from homeowners in your territory, create your account and
prepare for your first outreach campaign.
48-72 hours later homeowners will enter our system and after talking with them your
team will either remove them or label them as a “qualified prospect.”
We will send you the qualified prospects in REAL time as they come in.
It’s your job to reach out to these qualified prospects as soon as possible to set up a time
to give them an estimate on the roofing work they need. They will be expecting a call
from you and your company.
We will email you weekly with a link to your spreadsheet which will contain all of your
homeowner’s details so you can review, follow up, etc.
Once the initial campaign ends you will receive a final report from us with all KPIs for
your campaign along with your spreadsheet.

WHAT TO EXPECT/TIMELINES:
As soon as you complete the onboarding document, we will receive a notification. From this point it takes our team about 5 days to get your account set up and campaign going. We will notify you once the campaign is active. From then it takes roughly 48-72 hours for qualified prospects to begin coming in.
